Delivery and payment

Delivery takes 1-3 days. The exact delivery date of the goods will be announced by the online store manager when placing the order.

• Orders worth more than 50,000 UAH can be picked up and paid for at the Nova Poshta branch.
• Address delivery of unpaid orders worth more than 50,000 UAH is not carried out.
• Prepaid goods can only be received by the person to whom the delivery is made. The recipient must have a passport or driver's license with them.

• Delivery of goods is carried out from 9:00 to 21:00.
• On the day of delivery, the courier will call back 1 hour before delivery.
• Orders worth more than 50,000 UAH can be picked up and paid for at the Nova Poshta branch.
• Address delivery of unpaid orders worth more than 50,000 UAH is not carried out.
• Prepaid goods can only be received by the person for whom the delivery is made. The recipient must have a passport or driver's license with them.
• The courier checks the goods for visible damage when transferring them to the recipient before paying for the goods. Make sure that the goods are intact, complete and in working order.
• Payment for lifting the goods to the floor (paid to the courier personally).

You can pick up your order from the Lenovo Pick-up Point at the following address: Kyiv, Marka Vovchka St., 18a (MOYO 24/7 store), cashier's office #1.

You can pick up the goods from the store only after placing an order on the website or contacting the online store.

If the goods are in the store, your order will be ready for pick-up 20 minutes after placing the order.

Delivery times for goods that are not presented in the store are on average from 1 to 3 days. The manager of the online store will inform you of the exact date of delivery of the goods.

You can pay for the purchase in cash or by bank card.

Attention! To receive the goods paid for on the website with a bank card, in the store you must present the card from which you made the payment and an identity document.

If you paid for the goods using a payment system application or a virtual bank card, you must provide confirmation of payment and an identity document.

How to get there:

• By public transport: from Obolon metro station take tram No. 11 or 17 to the Pozhezhnaya Partina stop or from Obolon metro station take tram No. 11 or 17 to the Ferroconcrete Products Plant stop, then walk 400 m along Verbovaya St. On the left side is the MOYO 24/7 store.
• By car: through the Karavan shopping center along Lugovaya St., turn into the industrial zone on Petra Degtyarenko St. Then drive straight for 1.2 km. On the left side is the MOYO 24/7 store (there is a parking lot). If you turn from Semena Sklyarenko St., you need to drive to the end of Marka Vovchka St., drive under the railway bridge and turn left at the intersection.

• Orders valued at over 50,000 UAH (hryvnia) can be collected and paid for at the Lenovo self-pickup point. 
• Address delivery of an unpaid order exceeding 50,000 UAH is not carried out.
• Prepaid goods can only be received by the person in whose name the delivery was arranged. The recipient must have a passport or driver's license with them.
• The courier will inspect the product for visible damage when handing it over to the recipient before payment. Please ensure the integrity, completeness, and operability of the equipment.
