Lenovo is always on your side! Therefore, any product purchased at SHOP.LENOVO.UA can be returned or exchanged without providing a reason.

Lenovo will exchange a product or refund your money if:

  • No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;

  • The product shows no signs of use;

  • The product and its components retain their original appearance: no mechanical damage, scratches, or scuffs, and for items in single-use (blister) packaging, the packaging has not been opened;

  • A receipt (sales invoice) for the purchase is available;

  • Factory seals and protective films on the product are intact.

Exchange and return conditions are in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

You must have:

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or sales invoice);

  • Warranty card;

  • The payment card used for the purchase;

  • A government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, student ID, or pension certificate).
